HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS BACK TO 14 DAYS SINCE IT’S BUYING

STEP 1

 

 

The delivered goods must be packed in the original packaging in which they were delivered to you. Remember that the product must be returned in its original and unused condition and in the original packaging, together with all accessories, such as small parts for the rear housing. If the goods have a damaged destructive sticker, it is not possible to return back such goods.

 

STEP 2

 

Fill in the Withdrawal Form and attach it to the shipment. 

Fill in the form in as much detail as possible. Don't forget to fill in the order number, the name of the returned goods and the account number. Thanks to this form, you will allow us to process your returned order more quickly for withdrawal from the contract and thus speed up the refund process.

STEP 3

 

When you pack the goods with the form, all you have to do is send it back to us at:

If possible, keep the shipment confirmation until we receive the shipment so that you can follow its way back to us closely.

 

Important: Please, do not send the returned goods on delivery or somewhere to the delivery point. Such shipment will be rejected and will be returned to your address.

 

* The packaging and delivery method you are going to use should be secure. We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during delivery. For example, be sure to not send the LCD display or batteries in an ordinary letter envelope, as they may be damaged during transport.

 

STEP 4

 

We usually process returned orders within 7 business days of receiving them. 

As soon as we check and process your returned product, we are going to inform you via e-mail. HOW TO SEND GOODS FOR A COMPLAINT

 

STEP 1

 

 

The defective goods must be packed in the original packaging or in other solid packaging, so it won’t get damaged during delivering. If the goods have a damaged destructive sticker, it is not possible to return back such goods. It is important that the goods are not mechanically damaged, otherwise the complaint will be rejected.

STEP 2

 

Fill in the Complaint Form and attach it to the shipment.

Fill in the form in as much detail as possible. Don't forget to fill in the order number and defect description. Thanks to this form, you will allow us to process your complaint faster and speed up its process.

Complaints will be processed by default within 30 calendar days of receiving your shipment.

If you are going to send the consignment via our address of the Consignment House, the delivery of the consignment to us at the headquarters takes 3 working days
