Waterproof
When you replace the display, a new adhesive (seal) is automatically applied to protect your iPhone against moisture and dust.
As this is an intervention in the phone, it cannot be guaranteed that your iPhone will be waterproof again after the service.
Tip:
Dust and moisture most commonly enter the phone through damaged camera glass and a detached display. To avoid the risk of further damage, such as oxidation or possible short circuit, we recommend replacing the damaged part as soon as possible.

True Tone function
- To preserve True Tone functionality, it's necessary to copy the data and serial number from the original display to the new display assembly using a programmer.
- Otherwise, the function will remain disabled/non-functional.
Face ID function
- Face ID is not included with the display.
- After replacing the display, Face ID functionality is only operational if none of the necessary components on your original device are damaged.
- *In case of damage, you can contact us to order our Face ID Repair service. A technician will perform diagnostics to determine if Face ID repair is feasible with us, or if the damage is extensive enough that repair is only possible at an authorized Apple service center by exchanging the display assembly with the Face ID module or the SWAP module.

Water Resistance
