Uyue X5 Pro 5in1 - LCD Display Laminating Machine

The UYUE X5 PRO 5-in-1 laminator is designed for repairing both flat and curved displays such as TFT, IPS, Retina, Super LCD, OLED, AMOLED, Super AMOLED, and Clear Black with a diagonal size of up to 9.2 inches. It is also suitable for applying OCA patches to new curved glass.

The device connects to the electrical network, eliminating the need for additional equipment such as compressors and pumps.

The main components of the device include:

• Vacuum pressure laminator,
• Autoclave,
• UV lamp.

Additionally, the device also includes:

• Compressor,
• Vacuum pump.

The UYUE X5 PRO 5v1 laminator features both a flat lower and upper laminating surface, allowing for the repair of all types of flat displays. Simply place a rubber or polyurethane sponge on the bottom surface of the laminating chamber. If small air bubbles remain after lamination, an integrated autoclave and UV lamp can be used for their removal.

Advantages of the UYUE X5 PRO 5v1 laminator include:

• A counter for the number of lamination processes performed,
• Visualization of the working status of all solenoid valves on the display,
• Separate digital manometers that show the vacuum of lamination and pressure on the display,
• Independent pressure adjustment when connecting a curved or flat display with new glass and when applying OCA patches to new curved glass,
• Manual mode for lamination (pressure),
• Rubber molds for S8, S8+, S9, S9+, NOTE8, which have grooved holes for flex cables, meaning there is no need to bend them during the lamination process,
• Integrated UV lamp that prevents the formation of air bubbles between the display and the new glass after the repair process.

When using the UYUE X5 PRO 5v1, there is no need to have a separate laminator for applying OCA patches to curved glass, as the device can handle this in one of the stages of the display replacement process.
