How to proceed with an online warranty claim?

We have structured the entire warranty claim process into a few straightforward steps to ensure a seamless experience. Simply follow this guide: 

VIDEO GUIDE 

 1. Log in to your account on our website fixshop.eu. 

2. Go to the order history section and locate the product you wish to claim under warranty. 

3. Click on the three-dot icon next to the product and select the warranty claim option. (The icon/button appears based on the warranty conditions.) 

4. Select the specific product you want to claim under warranty. You can only submit a claim for one product at a time. 

5. Select the delivery address from the saved addresses in your profile or enter a new one. 

6. Enter your IBAN. In case the warranty claim is approved, we will use this information for the refund. *IBAN is a required field. 

7. Select the main issue from the available options and upload photos. Uploaded photos improve the warranty claim process and may, but are not guaranteed to, speed up its resolution. 

8. Confirm the warranty claim and submit it to the system. (You will receive a summary of the claim via email.) 

9. You will then see instructions on how to proceed. = Carefully pack the claimed product in its original packaging and include the claim number (easily recognizable by the # symbol). 

10. Visit the drop-off point and provide the staff with the return code: 93133285. (You will be notified via email once the claim has been physically received.) 

11. Easily track the status of your warranty claim in your online account. You will receive an update on your claim via email. 

If you follow the steps outlined above, your warranty claim will be processed efficiently and as quickly as possible. Make sure to carefully pack the item to prevent any damage during transit.
