General competition conditions

1. Introduction

The general terms and conditions of competitions shall be used for competitions carried out as part of the activities of IFix s.r.o., unless the special rules of a specific competition stipulate otherwise. The general terms and conditions of the contests establish the conditions for registration, participation, obtaining and handing over the prize in the contest, and describe the rights and obligations of the contestants, as well as ensuring the protection of personal data in accordance with Act 428/2002 Coll. on personal data protection as amended.

2. Organizer of the competition

1. The organizer of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition) is the company IFix s.r.o., s.r.o., Námestie hraničiarov 6A, 851 03 Bratislava, ID: 47 019 948, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava District Court IV section: Sro, Insert number: 87860/B.

2. The Competition Organizer issues these terms and conditions of the competition (hereinafter referred to as the ""Rules"").

3. Contest participants

1. Any natural person with a permanent or long-term residence in the territory of the Slovak or Czech Republic can participate in the competition.

2. Persons employed or in a similar employment relationship to the organizer and co-organizer of the competition, or to participating legal entities that are directly involved in the following activities related to the operation and organization of the competition - preparation, processing and evaluation of data for the purposes may not participate in the competition competitions and determination of competition winners. If it is proven that the winner of the competition is a person according to this point, this person's claim to the prize does not arise, the prize will not be given to this winner and will subsequently be given to a substitute - the next winner in order, in accordance with these competition rules.

3. By entering the competition, the contestant agrees to all the terms and conditions of this competition.

4. Competition rules

1. Anyone who fulfills all the following conditions for participation in the competition will be included in the Competition:

o According to the type and content of the competition, the subject of the competition will be fulfilled, e.g. answers all questions of the competition, registers in the mailing list, etc.

2. Each Contestant will be entered into the Competition only once, regardless of the number of registrations or launch of the competitive game.

3. The jury will evaluate the Competition no later than 10 working days after the end of the Competition and will determine the winner or winners of the competition and two substitutes from among the Contestants.

5. Winnings

1. Prizes from the competition cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Contest participants are not entitled to win just by participating in the contest.

3. If the participant of the competition violates the conditions of the competition, he loses the right to win and will be excluded from the competition.

4. The organizer reserves the right to change individual prices.

5. It is not possible to request financial compensation for the prize. Winnings cannot be claimed by legal means.

6. The winner is responsible for taxation of the prize in accordance with the relevant provisions of Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on income tax as amended. The income tax to which the acquisition of the prize is subject according to the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, as well as all other tax obligations that may possibly apply to the acquisition of the prize by the winner, will be paid by the winner himself.

6. Method of delivery of prices

1. The organizer will contact the winner by private message on Instagram. In the event that the Organizer fails to contact the winner or winners within 3 days of the publication of the Competition results, the latter loses the right to win and the Organizer contacts substitutes.

2. If it is not possible to contact even substitutes within 3 days, they lose their right to win and the Competition ends without a winner being determined.

3. The contestant, who has been designated as the winner, shall provide his/her personal data required for delivery of the prize within 3 days at the Organizer's request. After the Organizer receives the delivery details of this person, this Contestant becomes the winner.

4. In the event that the winners do not provide the Organizer with the necessary data or do not fulfill another condition in accordance with this point of these rules, they lose the right to win, cease to be winners, and the Organizer will proceed appropriately according to the provisions of this point.

5. If the winners do not express their consent to the acquisition of the prize, they will give up the prize, refuse to consent to its acquisition, or do not meet another condition according to these rules, the next winner, after meeting all the conditions set forth in these rules, becomes a person drawn from among the Contestants, if he meets all the conditions according to these rules.

6. The winner has the right to transfer the prize to another person. The method of transferring the prize will be agreed between the winner and the Organizer. The form of transfer of the prize is in writing.

7. Declaration and consent to the processing of personal data

1. By registering for the competition, the participants give the Organizer their explicit consent to the processing of personal data, which provides the identification data of the competition participant (name, surname, email address, company) as well as to the processing of data

o for the purpose of conducting the competition and handing over the prize during the competition and after its end,

o for the purposes of proper identification of the participant of the competition,

o for sending business and marketing communications such as information about the Organizers, their business partners and other third parties.

2. Consent to the processing of personal data is valid for an indefinite period. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked by notification sent by e-mail to the address marketing@fixservis.sk.

3. A competitor who provides personal data in this way has the right to access personal data and other rights according to §21 of the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended.

4. Pursuant to § 11 Z. no. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data, the participant of the competition is obliged to provide only true personal data, otherwise he is responsible for the falsity of this data.

5. By refusing to provide personal data or withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data, the Organizer is unable to properly hand over the prize to the winner.

6. The organizer is responsible for the security of personal data and compliance with obligations under Act no. 428/2002 Coll. on the protection of personal data in information systems.

7. If the contestant does not have full legal capacity, consent is given by his legal representative.

8. Special provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right of final decision in all matters related to the organization of the Competition, including its interruption, cancellation, period of validity or modification of its rules, including the right to replace the declared prize with another prize of a similar type and corresponding value.

2. The organizer reserves the right to deny the contestant the opportunity to participate in the contest and the right not to provide the winner with the prize in case of suspected violation of these competition conditions, especially in the case of obtaining prizes in violation of general and special conditions and good morals, abuse of the competition mechanism and benefits, and even with retroactive effect.

3. The organizer of the competition reserves the right to change the Rules at any time, to shorten, extend, postpone, interrupt or terminate the Competition without compensation. The Organizer will publish the change in the Rules in a suitable way on the website www.fixservis.sk.

4. The results of the Competition are final, without the possibility of appeal. Contestants acknowledge that they cannot claim a prize of a higher value or in a larger quantity than determined by the Organizer, and it is not possible to claim monetary payment instead of winnings.

5. The Organizer of the Competition is not responsible for any risks and liabilities related to the prize and its use. Contestants acknowledge that winnings from bets and games cannot be claimed.

6. In the event that the winner is a person who is not of legal age or is not capable of legal actions in full, the prize will be handed over to his legal representative or guardian.

9. Final provision

These Rules are stored with the Contest Organizer. Anyone who demonstrates a legal interest is entitled to inspect these Rules at the Organizer.
