Levoit Core Mini HEPA filter 3in1 (Activaved carbon)
- Replacement dust filter designed for Levoit Air Purifiers
- Captures fine airborne particles such as dust, pollen, pet allergens, mold spores, and other pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, helping improve indoor air quality and reduce allergy symptoms.
- The integrated activated carbon layer effectively absorbs unwanted odors—including smoke, cooking smells, pet odors, and general household scents—making your living space fresher and more comfortable. This combination of particle filtration and odor reduction ensures clean, pleasant air throughout your home.
- The compact cylindrical design of the filter maintains smooth airflow and stable purification performance, even during continuous daily operation. Replacing the filter is quick and tool-free: simply remove the old filter, insert the new one, and your air purifier is ready to run at full efficiency again. Regular replacement keeps the unit performing optimally, reduces noise, and ensures long-lasting filtration results.
- Ideal for maintaining clean air in bedrooms, offices, small living areas, or any room where you want consistent and quiet air purification.
- Replaces part number: core mini-rf
- Aftermarket spare part
- Package content: 2pcs dust filter
When to replace the air purifier filter?
- If it’s damaged (cracked frame, torn material, loose seams).
- If it’s saturated with dust, smoke, or odors and cannot be cleaned.
- If the air purifier shows reduced performance or airflow.
- If the indicator light on your air purifier signals filter replacement.
- If you notice unusual smells coming from the device – often caused by an old carbon filter.
How to clean an air purifier filter
Air purifier filters can be washable or non-washable, depending on the model. Always check the product description. If it does not explicitly say “washable”, do not wash it.
Cleaning methods for non-washable filters (HEPA / dust filters):
- The safest method is to blow out the filter with low-pressure compressed air.
- Clean first against the airflow direction, then along the pleats.
- Avoid strong pressure – too much force may tear the fibers and reduce filtration efficiency.
If you don’t have compressed air:
- Gently dust off the surface with a soft brush.
- You may also lightly tap the filter on a flat surface to release dust (never hit the edges!).
Do not wash or soak non-washable HEPA filters.
Water will permanently damage the filtration fibers.Cleaning methods for washable filters:
Some pre-filters and coarse dust filters are washable.
- Rinse it with lukewarm water (never hot).
- First against the airflow direction.
- Then along the pleats from the opposite side.
- Let it dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
- Do not dry on a radiator or in an oven – heat can deform the frame.
- Washable filters can normally be cleaned up to 2–3 times, then they should be replaced.
Important
Both washable and non-washable filters have similar lifespans.
The difference is only in the recommended cleaning method, not in durability. -
