are small and soft pads that can be used to improve the heat dissipation of electronic components. They are made of silicone material that has high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance. They can be applied to IC chips, CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD and other devices that generate heat. The pads are pre-cut into 12 x 12 x 1.5mm squares that can fit most common components. They come in a box of 100 pieces that are easy to use and store. The pads can also help prevent the movement of other components when using a rework gun.
