Relife RL-098 insulating thermal silicone pad
This insulating thermal silicone pad is designed to transfer heat away from chips and electronic components while also providing electrical insulation. Its flexible structure adapts to slight surface irregularities and helps create reliable contact with the cooling surface.
The pad is suitable for repair, maintenance and assembly of electronic devices where both thermal transfer and electrical separation are required. It can be cut to the required size according to the component and available installation space.
