Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme Liquid Metal

Liquid Metal 1g, Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Extreme is a gallium-based liquid-metal thermal interface developed for applications with maximum power density. Unlike conventional thermal paste, it contains no solid filler particles and can form an extremely thin interface layer between compatible metal surfaces.

Liquid metal is not a general-purpose replacement for thermal paste. It is most appropriate when the user understands the electrical and material-compatibility risks and the cooling assembly is designed for this type of interface.

How to use:

1. Power off the device, remove the cooler and thoroughly clean both contact surfaces.
2. Confirm that the cooler contact surface is compatible and contains no aluminium in the contact area.
3. Protect the surrounding work area and make sure no liquid metal can reach SMD components, contacts or the PCB.
4. Apply only a very small amount and spread it into an extremely thin, continuous layer over the intended contact surface.
5. Reinstall the cooler carefully without allowing the liquid metal to escape from the contact area.

Important: This product is electrically conductive and requires precise application. Use only on compatible materials and follow the Thermal Grizzly application instructions.
