  • Honeywell PTM7950 Phase Change Thermal Pad, 8.5 W/mK, 80 × 160 × 0.2 mm

The Honeywell PTM7950 phase change thermal pad is designed for efficient heat transfer between electronic components and cooling surfaces. It is suitable for use with CPUs, GPUs, laptops, graphics cards, game consoles and other devices where stable thermal performance is required.

PTM7950 is a phase change thermal interface material. When the operating temperature reaches approximately 45 °C, the material softens and helps fill microscopic gaps between the chip and heatsink. This improves surface contact, reduces thermal resistance and supports more efficient heat dissipation.

With a thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/mK and a size of 80 × 160 × 0.2 mm, the sheet can be cut to the required dimensions according to the component. It is a practical alternative to traditional thermal paste, especially for laptop repairs, GPU maintenance and high-performance electronics cooling.
