TG Putty Advance Thermal Gap Filler
Thermal Putty 30g, Thermal Grizzly Putty Advance is an electrically non-conductive, mouldable gap filler designed as an alternative to conventional thermal pads. It compensates for different component heights and is particularly useful between a graphics-card PCB and its cooler.

TG Putty Advance is a higher-performance option for GPU cooling work where improved heat transfer is required. Because the material adapts to the available gap, it can simplify repairs where several different thermal-pad thicknesses would otherwise be required.
How to use:
- Remove the cooler and carefully remove the original thermal pads or gap-filler material.
- Clean and degrease the target surfaces with a suitable electronics-safe cleaner or isopropanol.
- Apply only enough putty to fill the gap over the intended components.
- Reinstall the cooler so the putty compresses and conforms to the component heights without excessive overflow.
Important: TG Putty is not intended for use on a CPU heat spreader (IHS), for direct-die CPU cooling or directly on the GPU die.
