  • Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8 Flexible Thermal Pad

Thermal Pad 120x20x1.5mm, Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8, 1 pc is a compressible thermal interface for compatible gaps between electronic components and a cooler. Its elastic surface adapts to small differences in the contact area while transferring heat. This version measures 120x20x1.5mm and contains 1 pad per retail pack.

    • Flexible thermal interface for component-to-cooler contact
    • Compressible material adapts to surface irregularities
    • Electrically insulating formulation
    • Suitable for compatible graphics-card and M.2 SSD cooling applications
    • Dimensions per pad: 120x20x1.5mm
    • Retail pack contents: 1 pad

Select this 1.5mm thickness according to the gap and mounting requirements of the actual hardware. A pad that is too thin may fail to make contact, while an unsuitable thickness can prevent correct cooler seating. Check each contact area when replacing pads in an assembly that uses several thicknesses.

    How to apply:

    1. Disconnect the device and remove the cooler according to the hardware instructions.
    2. Identify the required pad thickness and contact area, then remove old pad material and clean the surfaces.
    3. Prepare the pad to fit the specified area, remove its protective films and position it accurately.
    4. Reinstall the cooler with the prescribed mounting pressure and check that it seats correctly before operation.

Important: Use the thickness required by the hardware. Do not substitute this gap-filling pad for a paste or thin-sheet interface unless the cooling assembly explicitly supports it. Avoid stacking pads to compensate for an incorrectly selected thickness.
