This USB-C / USB 3.0 to SATA adapter is designed for connecting SATA hard drives and SSDs to a computer or laptop without installing them into an enclosure. It is suitable for data transfer, backup, disk diagnostics, file recovery or accessing data from spare internal drives.
The adapter supports 2.5" SATA HDD/SSD drives and, thanks to the included 12V/3A EU power adapter, can also be used with compatible 3.5" SATA HDD drives that require external power for stable operation.
The built-in display provides practical drive information such as capacity, health status, temperature, power-on time, power-on count and USB voltage. This makes it easier to monitor the connected drive during use and identify possible warning signs before working with important data.
With USB 3.0 connectivity and UASP support, the adapter supports transfer speeds up to 5Gbps, depending on the connected drive, computer, cable and system support. It is backward compatible with older USB standards.
This SATA to USB adapter is suitable for users who need quick external access to internal SATA drives. It can be used for copying files, checking drive condition, recovering data, upgrading storage or working with spare HDD and SSD drives without installing them into a PC case.
